Our Upstream 100MBps connectivity is provided by Level 3 Gateway in Houston, Texas (www.level3.com). They provide NetStar with a portal to their high-capacity network, and give us a global presence.  NetStar is a major player in the expanding market for internet services in Southeast Texas.  In addition, Netstar has ownership of all IP address space allocated by ARIN so you will never get a call from us saying you have to change your IP address because your ISP has changed upstream providers.
